Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get the details you need to follow it.
We don’t offer bespoke board customisation right now. But you can still make your board your own. The natural wood surface can be painted or stained after delivery, so you can add your own finish and style.
Because each piece is made to order, we can’t offer standard returns. But if your board arrives with a quality issue or something goes wrong during the design process, contact us straight away and we’ll work with you to put it right.
Your board is designed for indoor display. If you do want to place it outside, we recommend varnishing it first. Even then, wood can still bend or react to weather, so indoor display is the safest choice.
