We do not offer this service, but all naturally coloured boards are made of 100% wood and can be painted or stained as you see fit. Once you're done, you can show your creations to the world in the members' area.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for our products. Each piece we create is unique and made to order, so we cannot offer the flexibility of a return policy. We work closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction throughout the entire process, from the initial design phase to the final delivery. However, if there is an issue with the quality of the piece upon delivery or during the design process, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can address the problem and find a solution. Our goal is to provide our customers with high-quality, unique wooden artworks that exceed their expectations.

All CharredArt boards come unpolished and are intended to be displayed indoors. If you want to hang them outside, we recommend varnishing the board. Please note that the board can bend.

We use already existing projects that work with local communities to not only plant trees, but also raise the living standards of the people working on the project. The main project we donate to is Onetreeplanted - check them out for more information.

A typical tree can absorb about 21 kilograms of carbon dioxide (CO2) per year, but this is only achieved when the tree is fully grown - saplings absorb considerably less than this. Over a life span of 100 years, one tree can absorb about a tonne of CO2.
